Kale Tomato White Bean Soup

This is a soup that Jason has made with an amount of love that is not common in today’s foodscape. He grew the Tarbais beans by hand, up the cornstalks in his three sisters garden, grew and dried the Principe Borghese tomatoes, made the chicken broth from his pastured birds, and sourced the organic veg from neighbours in Grey County.
