Our flour is milled on our mk2MILL from grains that have been grown with kare from natural seeds; free from herbicides, fungicides and synthetic fertilizer. The grains have been grown in Ontario, as close to the mill as possible. The farms are visited by us to ensure they are aligned with our protocols; building healthy soil, respecting and honouring the komprehensive ekology of their farm, within it’s lokal habitat.
Our flour after milling is packaged in kraft [unbleached], paper bags that are made in Kwebek. We produce our own electricity on-site to eliminate the 30% loss of efficiency caused by transmission lines. We age our flour naturally, free from any voluntary additives.
